At Anwesha Customer Relations Marketing Pvt Ltd (Anwesha), we respect your need for online privacy and protect any information that you may share with us, in an appropriate manner. Our practice as regards use of your information is as set forth below in this Privacy Statement. As a condition to use of our services, you consent to the terms of the Saleswah CRM Privacy Policy as it may be updated from time to time. In the event of a material change, we shall notify you via email or by means of a prominent notice on the web site. This Privacy Statement applies exclusively to websites owned and operated by Anwesha, including but not limited to:

Visitors’ Detail

We use Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, files accessed, errors generated, time zone, operating system and other visitor details collected in our log files to analyze the trends, administer the website, track visitor’s movements and to improve our website.

Accessing, Updating and Removing Personal Information

Users of our service can add their profile information within the secure section of our application. Users have full control over the information they choose to share with us and can correct, update or remove any such personal information by accessing their account online. Such changes are instantaneous.

Use of personal information

Anwesha does not use any information including personal information of our users except to the extent necessary to enhance user experience of our users. We do not use any of the information to sell or market any product or service or otherwise contact the users. We do not share, rent or sell this information to any third party.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection

Anwesha does not knowingly collect Personal Information from users who are under 13 years of age.

Cookies and tracking

We use temporary and permanent cookies to enhance your experience of our services. Temporary cookies will be removed from your computer each time you close your browser. We may from time to time employ the use of pixel tags on the site and in emails. Pixel tags such as web beacons are 1×1 images that are embedded onto a web page to document traffic and site analytics without collecting any personal information.

Personal information

During the Registration Process for creating and account with Anwesha, we request for your name, email address and sometimes the mobile number and create your account with a default password. We strongly suggest you login and change your password immediately for maximum security. Your name and email address will be used to inform you regarding new services, releases, upcoming events and changes in this privacy policy.

 

Specific to mobile messaging

You understand that you will be receiving periodical SMS alerts from the system related to activities related to your work. These automated SMS messages will come from Anwesha,  and  will have information related to your work with the company where you are employed and which has created your access to the system.

After you login, you will need to ensure your correct mobile number is entered in the system in order to receive those alerts. You hereby consent to receiving those alerts on your registered mobile number till you are a registered user on the system.

You further understand that you have an option to remove your stored mobile number from your profile in the event that you do not want to be contacted on mobile.

How we handle third-party personal information

When users set up an account with us for using services like Saleswah CRM, we provide them the opportunity to include third party personal information within their contacts and databases. This information may include third party names, email, phone numbers and physical addresses. This information is used for servicing user requirements as expressed by users to Anwesha and solely as part and parcel of the service. We do not share this third party personal information with anyone for promotional purposes nor does Anwesha utilize it for any purposes not expressly consented to by the user.

Some pages of our websites contain external links. You are advised to verify the privacy practices of such other websites. We are not responsible for the manner of use or misuse of information made available by you at such other websites. We encourage you not to provide Personal Information, without assuring yourselves of the privacy policy of other websites.

Notification of changes

Any changes to the Anwesha Privacy Policy will be posted on our websites in order to keep you informed of any changes in nature of information collected, manner of collection, use and sharing of information. If at any point we decide to use personal information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you by email and provide you with the ability to opt out of our services. You will not receive email notification of minor changes to the Anwesha Privacy Policy.

Your Account Usage Details such as time, frequency, duration and pattern of use, features used and the amount of storage used will be recorded by us in order to enhance your experience of the services and to help us provide you the best possible service.

With whom we share information

We will not share or disclose your personal information to any person outside Anwesha. Contents of your account

We store and maintain files, documents, to-do lists, emails and other data stored in your Account at our facilities in India and the United States or any other country. Use of Anwesha’s Services signifies your consent to such transfer of your data outside of your country. In order to prevent loss of data due to errors or system failures, we also keep backup copies of data including the contents of your Account. Hence your files and data may remain on our servers even after deletion or termination of your Account. We assure you that the contents of your Account will not be disclosed to anyone and will not be accessible to employees of Anwesha in this capacity. We also do not process the contents of your Account for serving targeted advertisements.

Your Choice in Information Use

You will be required to register for our services by providing Personal Information. If you choose not to provide your Personal Information, we will be unable to provide you the services. We do not send promotional emails to our subscribers. We do however send service updates, policy changes and alerts regarding bills due through email. By subscribing to our service, you consent to receiving such notifications.

How secure is your information

We adopt industry appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your Personal Information, username, password, transaction information and data stored in your Account. Financial information

In case of services requiring payment, we request credit card or other payment Account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. Your Financial Information will not be stored by us except for the name and address of the card holder and the last four digits of the Credit Card number. Subject to your prior consent and where necessary for processing future payments, your Financial Information will be stored in SSL(secure socket layer) encrypted form on secure servers of our reputed Payment Gateway Service Provider who is beholden to treating your sensitive information in accordance with this privacy statement.
